Half of being an effective software architect is having effective leadership, negotiation, and people skills. We call these “soft skills”, but they are the hardest skills to acquire. In this session you’ll learn about engagement models between architects and developers, and also engagement models between architects and business stakeholders. By leveraging the techniques in this session you’ll be able to more effectively engage and collaborate with both developers and the business.
